Complex, savoury nose with layers of character... melon, grapefruit, guava, peach kernel, warm stones and smoky nuances. Full, fleshy, dry and tasty on the palate with good concentration and a nice textural element leading to a long finish reminiscent of quince paste. An exciting style with richness, complexity and class.
